CEO at Pentland Brands plc

Andy Long is CEO of Pentland Brands plc, a UK based private, family owned brand management company operating in sports, outdoor and fashion. Andy has been with the company since 2005, initially joining Pentland subsidiary Speedo International Ltd, and previously worked at Procter and Gamble and Boots Group.

Pentland owns a number of well-known sports, outdoor and fashion brands, including: Speedo, Berghaus, Canterbury, Mitre, Ellesse, Red or Dead and Boxfresh. Pentland is the global licensee for Lacoste and Ted Baker footwear and is also a shareholder in Hunter Boots. Pentland sells its products in over 190 countries worldwide.
Andy has a BSc (hons) in Management Science from Manchester University (formerly UMIST) and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) as well as an associate of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).
